Can you express deliver to my location?

Yes. Express delivery and tracking is available Australia wide. Tell us your required delivery date when you order so we can suggest the fastest option.

Can I pick my order up?

Our dispatch office is in Melbourne at 2/578 Plummer St, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207. Call us if you need something in a hurry and we should be able to help with pick-up.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes. We can ship internationally for customers outside Australia. Include your overseas delivery details and any special requirements when you order or contact us.

We want you to love your wristbands. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will give you a full refund - no questions asked. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
